Request deletion of your Genesis Pro Find account.
Genesis Pro Find supports account deletion from mobile and web account settings. A public support path is also available if you cannot access the app.
The deletion flow shows a preview before submitting the request. After confirmation, the system creates a deletion job, redacts chat content, removes chat attachments from live storage where possible, clears push tokens, and anonymizes the account profile.
How to request deletion
Use the app account settings: Sign in to Genesis Pro Find, open Account, then choose Delete account under Data and deletion. The app shows a preview before the request is submitted.
Use the web app: Sign in at genesisprofind.com/app/login, open Account, then choose Delete account. The web app uses the same preview and deletion status flow as mobile.
Contact support: If you cannot sign in, email support@genesisprofind.com from the email address on the account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject.
Retention and exceptions
Ordinary service-work chat is retained while the service workflow is active and for 18 months after workflow closure.
Chat message bodies are redacted from the live system.
Chat attachment objects are removed from live storage when available.
Sanitized report-linked evidence may be retained for safety, fraud, dispute, billing, legal, or regulatory review.
Backups expire according to the documented backup cycle.
